As a specialist for export/import at attocube, you move on an international level every day by ensuring the smooth flow of goods for our complex nanotechnology products from our locations in Haar and Feldkirchen near Munich to the customer. You are the first point of contact for our international customers, suppliers and authorities regarding shipping, export and import and thus contribute significantly to the successful movement of our products.
Administrator Export / Import (all genders)
Your Responsibilities and Duties
- Monitoring of cross-border trade in goods and services in terms of trade compliance
- Procurement of required export licenses
- Implementation of embargo regulations
- Preparation of import and export documents, in particular export accompanying documents for customs clearance
- Management and preparation of origin documents
- Shipping processing and invoicing, including document preparation
- Contact person for customers, distributors and suppliers regarding shipping, export and import issues
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a forwarding agent or comparable qualification; additional specialized training or further qualification an advantage
- Professional experience in customs and handling of international airfreight and transport planning/logistics
- Good written and spoken English language skills, additional language skills desired
- Good ERP knowledge as well as confident handling of MS Office applications
- Independent, solution-oriented approach, strong teamwork skills and flexibility
- Confident, friendly and self-confident appearance and good manners
