Your Responsibilities and Duties

• Technical responsibility and maintenance management: You will be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of all technical building systems at our sites in Haar and Feldkirchen. You will develop maintenance plans and proactively ensure that solutions are found quickly in the event of disruptions to the critical infrastructure.
• Project coordination: You will supervise and coordinate renovation and conversion projects and ensure that all work is carried out efficiently and according to plan.
• Safety and environmental management: You ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and legal regulations. This includes preparing hazard assessments, risk assessments and emergency plans. As a fire safety officer
• you will also be responsible for fire protection.
• Service provider and supplier management: You will manage relationships with service providers and suppliers, negotiate costs for maintenance, repairs and conversions and ensure efficient and cost-effective processing.
• Energy efficiency and sustainability: You develop and implement energy efficiency and sustainability strategies to reduce the company's environmental footprint.
• Budget management and training: You will be responsible for the facility budget, carry out cost controls and organize training for employees on safety-related topics.

Your Skills and Qualifications

Completed training and experience: You have completed training in building services engineering or have a comparable qualification. You will have several years of professional experience in the maintenance and repair of technical building systems as well as sound knowledge in the operation and maintenance of air conditioning systems, refrigeration technology and building management systems.
Additional qualification and project management: An additional qualification as an occupational safety specialist is desirable. You have experience in project management as well as budget planning and control.
Technical skills: You can read and interpret technical drawings, circuit diagrams and schematics. You are characterized by your strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills: You have good communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of English is an advantage.
Software skills and driving license: You are confident with MS Office and common facility management software and have a class B driving license to reach our location in Feldkirchen.
Motivation and independence: You are highly motivated and work independently.
