Your Responsibilities and Duties

  • Operational support for the HR department: You will help us with the creation of employment contracts, personnel files, references and other documents. In this way, you will actively contribute to the efficient administration of our personnel matters.
  • Collaboration in personnel support: You will support our team in looking after our employees, especially in onboarding and offboarding. Your commitment ensures that new colleagues quickly feel at home and that departing employees are given a good send-off.
  • Contact person and interface: You act as the central contact person for our employees and service providers. You will ensure a smooth flow of information and provide support with various issues.
  • Managing vacation requests and sick leave: You will support us in processing vacation requests, sick leave and other personnel-related requests so that all requests are processed quickly and correctly.
  • Maintaining databases and systems: You will assist with the maintenance of our databases and systems for managing employee information, ensuring an up-to-date and accurate database.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, a degree with a focus on HR management or similar and have already gained experience in this area.
  • You are an organizational all-rounder and ideally already have experience in the assistance area or in the HR department.
  • Your strengths include communication skills, a high level of commitment and absolute reliability.
  • You are characterized by your friendly, independent, goal- and service-oriented way of working and know how to assert yourself in the right place.
  • Your confident handling of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) rounds off your profile, knowledge of Personio would be desirable.
  • You are confident in German and English.
