Would you like to actively manage the successful implementation of our exciting customer projects in the field of Motion & Sensing? In the role of Project Manager Engineering (all genders), you will take on the management of important, interdisciplinary projects in our engineering team - including for the high-tech machines of tomorrow. You are the central interface between all project participants, such as Application Development, the Engineering team, Development and Product Management. In this way, you bring transparency and efficiency to the processes and ensure that everything is delivered on time and to the highest quality.

Your Responsibilities and Duties
- Experience in planning and managing interdisciplinary customer projects where you maintain an overview and ensure successful implementation.
- A sense of responsibility for sales and the ability to manage organizational and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Talent for coordination in order to manage projects while optimally utilizing the resources of all departments involved and always keeping an eye on everyone involved.
- Strength in tracking and adhering to budgets, schedules and deadlinesSas well as a firm hand in escalation management to respond quickly and effectively when needed.
- Ability to optimize project control by driving the further development and application of relevant KPIs.
- Commitment to actively co-create processes within the engineering team to grow together.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit to successfully act as a close interface between departments such as Application Development and Production.
- High-level reporting experience, as you will report directly to the business unit manager and communicate critical information and results transparently and accurately.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- You have a degree in a business or technical field, such as systems engineering, mechatronics, precision engineering, physics or something similar.
- You have organizational talent and excellent communication skills to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- You are willing to familiarize yourself intensively with the technical aspects of our product development and to continuously expand your knowledge.
- Initial relevant experience in project management is an advantage, but not essential - your willingness to learn and motivation count!
- Fluent German and English (C1) skills round off your profile and enable you to communicate confidently in an international environment.
