Junior HR Business Partner (Young Talents) (all genders)


Your Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support for the "Young Talents" employee group: You will assist and guide our young talents in their professional development.
  • Talent acquisition across the entire life cycle: From identification to hiring, you will be actively involved in every step of the recruitment process.
  • Point of contact for our young talents and employees: You will be the central go-to person for questions, concerns, and support.
  • Building partnerships: You will develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and other relevant partners to expand our talent network.
  • Organizing and attending career fairs: You will plan and represent our company at career fairs to promote our brand and career opportunities.
  • Organizing young talents meetups: You will be responsible for planning and executing regular meetups to foster exchange and networking among our young talents.
  • Rethinking and setting up processes: You will have the opportunity to challenge existing processes and develop innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent management strategies.
  • Administrative support tasks: You will take on the responsibility for managing and organizing administrative tasks related to the support of our young talents.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree: You have successfully completed a relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Initial experience in talent acquisition / business partnering: Ideally, you bring practical experience in recruiting or in supporting young professionals.
  • Interest in personnel development: You are passionate about nurturing talent and have a keen interest in modern HR strategies.
  • Strong communication skills: You can express yourself clearly and convincingly and are able to communicate with different target groups, from young talents to senior management.
  • Team player: You enjoy working in a team and promote positive and open collaboration.
  • Organizational skills: You excel at coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously and stay calm, even in busy situations.
  • Creativity and innovation: You think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to improve processes and programs.
  • Technological affinity: You are proficient in using common HR tools and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
  • Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1): You are confident in communicating in both languages, enabling you to thrive in an international environment.
