Your Responsibilities and Duties

• First-Level Support: You’ll be the first point of contact for our employees with IT questions and technical issues – by phone, via ticket, or on-site.
• Error Analysis & Troubleshooting: Learn how to identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems – whether hardware, software, or networks.
• Client Management: Assist with setting up and maintaining workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• User Administration: Work with modern tools to manage user accounts, access rights, and group policies.
• IT Infrastructure Basics: Gain hands-on insights into planning and configuring networks, servers, and security solutions – aligned with the official training framework.
• System Documentation & Knowledge Management: Document technical processes and help develop our internal IT wiki.
• Training & User Support: Learn how to assist and advise colleagues in using IT systems.
• Project Work: Contribute to the introduction of new technologies and IT processes, bring in your own ideas, and gradually take responsibility for smaller projects.
• Procurement: Support the selection and purchasing of hardware and software, considering sustainable criteria such as energy efficiency, environmental compatibility, and cost-effectiveness.

Your Skills and Qualifications

• Enthusiasm and interest in PC hardware, software, and networks
• Initial hands-on experience with computers, operating systems, or small networks – through school projects or privately
• At least a secondary school diploma or (technical) high school diploma
• Good grades in mathematics and IT-related subjects
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a reliable work style
• Good German and English skills
