Your Responsibilities and Duties

• You are a competent contact person for technical and application-specific support requests from our employees
• The independent classification and troubleshooting of tickets in first and second level support or the solution in cooperation with internal and external experts is an important part of our service as IT
• You ensure the smooth operation of our applications on company computers (Windows) and mobile devices (iOS, Android, smartphones, tablets) and support our users and your IT team with helpful documentation
• You administer our system for software deployment: you package software, carry out testing and then roll out updates & new software to our users, who you have informed well in advance
• You manage the stock of standardized hardware & software with our in-house inventory management and also manage emerging requirements, including procurement and user-friendly provisioning
• You connect our users and their end devices with the IT backend systems by setting up and maintaining user accounts & devices in Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, Microsoft Identity Manager with associated rights management or adaptation of (group) policies 
• You support the implementation of future-oriented IT projects in cooperation with our parent company or external service providers

Your Skills and Qualifications

• You have successfully completed training in the field of IT for system integration or similar or are a career changer - and you already have professional experience in this field
• You have good knowledge of common Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11, Microsoft Server 2019 and higher) as well as Active Directory and Windows domains, common Microsoft products such as M365 and Azure, as well as basic knowledge of Android or iOS 
• If you already have experience in software distribution, e.g. SCCM or other software distribution systems, inventory systems, knowledge in the administration of networks (LAN,VLAN,/WLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), all the better
• You enjoy working in an international environment and therefore have a very good command of written and spoken English as well as business fluent German
• You deal with your users in a friendly, competent and solution-oriented manner
• You are a flexible team player and feel responsible for your area, stable and reliable IT is important to you
