Your Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform the instrument installations at the customer site
• Conduct self-reliant maintenance visits and provide E-Mail, phone, and online support for Cryogenic Instruments
• Demonstrate and conduct contract measurements on our microscopes
• Identify and communicate product improvements
• Support and collaborate with our sales team

Your Skills and Qualifications

• University degree in physics, micro- and nanotechnology or similar
• Experience in cryogenics, vacuum technology, scanning probe microscopy or similar is a plus
• Good written and oral communications skills, fluent in English, proficiency in German is a plus
• Basic programming skills (Labview, Python, C)
• Team-oriented and creative working style
• Ability to travel at least 25% of the time
