Working Student Product Management For Cryogenic Systems


Your Responsibilities and Duties

  • Performing market analysis, competitive analysis and requirements acquisition. 
  • Supporting the further development of the product and service portfolio of our cryogenic systems (cryogenic nanopositioners, cryostats, scanning probe microscopes, measurement options) 
  • Preparation of presentations for product strategy and strategic portfolio planning 
  • Participation in the execution and planning of marketing activities 
  • Cost analysis and further development of a pricing strategy 
  • Interdepartmental information acquisition and coordination


Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Enrolled student in the field of physics (or similar), ideally already in the master's program 
  • Experimental background and basic knowledge in current research topics in quantum optics, transport measurements and/or scanning probe microscopy an advantage
  • High affinity for technology and great interest in economic contexts & market research 
  • Abstract, strategic and interdisciplinary thinking skills 
  • Good MS Office skills as well as communication skills in German and English language
  • An independent and structured way of working as well as a fast comprehension ability
